We are happy to offer training for your staff on how to administer the ADC forms, how to setup the software and scanner for scanning forms, and how to use the responses to produce score reports in Excel for counselors to use to plan and monitor treatment.

Three types of training/support are offered.

Remote Access Support is a computer-to-computer link where our staff connect directly to your computer over the internet. This option is available for:

• installing and configuring the Scantron software you have purchased,
• install and configure the custom form definition or application files for TCU forms,
• test and calibrate the scanner,
• troubleshooting scanning problems, e.g., conversion profile errors
• troubleshooting Excel report problems, e.g., text import errors

The remote access software uses 256-bit AES encryption. It is very secure and can be removed after the session is over. We will be glad to work with your IT personnel for configuration and setup. Please email to schedule a remote access session. We require a 2-hour minimum for remote access sessions. Our rate per hour is $90. Please have a purchase order or credit card ready.

Phone support regarding software and hardware installation, troubleshooting, and the scanning process is also available. Please email us to schedule a consultation. The rate for phone consultations is the same as remote support, with a 30 minute minimum charge. Please have a purchase order or credit card ready.

On-site training is typically conducted in a one-day session consisting of hardware and software setup, an overview on the use of TCU ADC forms and a demonstration of the scanning and Excel report generation processes. Hands-on practice will follow to insure that staff are properly equipped to produce accurate results. Training is billed at a flat rate of $500/day plus travel. A deposit is required.
