FedEx Ground is our preferred shipping method. A typical shipping box containing four 500-sheet boxes weighs 34lbs. Expedited shipping can be VERY costly. Typical cost per box when shipping FedEx Ground to business addresses within the continental United States ranges from $30-50. Note: FedEx considers some rural addresses as residential which increases the cost to ship.

Shipping addresses must be physical street addresses and/or complete facility locations. Post Office Boxes are not acceptable for FedEx shipping. In addition, it helps to have the name, email address, and phone# for the person responsible for receiving the shipment.

Forms are sold only in complete boxes of 500 of the same title to minimize damage during shipment.
